Using FTP, you can move files from your machine to the remote one and create folders for those files on that computer.</p>

<p>After downloading and installing one of these clients, you can use it to connect to your hosting account. These are your FTP settings:</p>

<dd>Some FTP clients will ask for a "Home" or "Start" directory. Our hosting service does not require this. Leave the box blank. If the client requires a value, enter a single forward slash followed by your hosting account user name (i.e., /<user name>). </dd>

If you cannot remember your customer number or password, you can use our Account Retrieval System to obtain the information necessary to access your account.</p>
<p class="note"><strong>NOTE:</strong> After five failed login attempts your account will be locked. If your account has been locked, call Customer Service to have it unlocked for you.

<h4>To Recover Your Customer Number</h4>

<li>Click the <strong>Retrieve My Password</strong> or <strong> Forgot your password?</strong> hyperlink.</li>
<li>From the <strong>Retrieve Customer Number</strong> panel, from the <strong>My</strong> list, select a product you purchased.</li>
<li>In the <strong>is</strong> field, type the information for the product.</li>
<li>In the <strong>Enter the security access code</strong> field, type the appropriate numbers and letters.</li>
<li>Click <strong>Continue</strong>.</li>
<li>Verify your email address. A message containing your Customer Number will be sent to the email address on file for this account.

<li>If you believe the email address is not valid, click <strong>Email Change Form</strong> and complete the form. Fax it to us with the necessary documentation to change the email address.</li>

This selects all of the items listed on the current page but not all the products and services listed in your account.</p>
