NOTE: Revocation is a permanent action and cannot be reversed. This results in the instant and permanent cancellation of your SSL certificate. If this is done more than 30 days from issuance, you will not be eligible to receive a refund. Once a certificate has been issued, any refund is less an administration fee for the resources and support required for the issuance process. The fee is $15 for standard or deluxe SSL certificate, and $30 for premium SSL certificate.
Once an SSL certificate is revoked, you will be unable to rekey it, renew it, or reissue it. It is permanently deleted.

Revoke an SSL Certificate
- Log into the account where you purchased your certificate and access your Secure Certificate Manager.
- Click Manage SSL Certificates, then click Manage Certificate link.
- Under "Manage Current Certificates" click on the common name you wish to revoke.
- Click the yellow "Revoke" button.
- Enter a revocation reason in the space provided.
- Press "Confirm" to revoke your certificate.
- Log out of your Secure Certificate Manager.
If you are unable to log into your SSL account and you need to revoke your SSL certificate complete and return the form linked below along with a photo ID and business license of the domain registrant (if a business is listed).

NOTE: If you are moving your SSL certificate to a new server, if your server has crashed, or if you have lost your private key, you will want to re-key your SSL certificate not revoke it.
