Printing Shipping Labels

Shipping labels vary depending on the shipping company that you use for your business. Quick Shopping Cart provides a convenient shipping label feature that lets you export shipping labels into Microsoft® Excel® or as a project file for use with Avery DesignPro.
If you are using USPS or UPS OnLine® Tools, you can use the label printing feature available from either of these shipping providers.
To Print Shipping Labels
- Log in to your Account Manager.
- In the My Products section, click Quick Shopping Cart.
- On the Quick Shopping Cart page, click Open next to the Quick Shopping Cart account you want to use.
- From the Orders menu, select All Orders.
- Click the invoice number containing addresses you want to print on shipping labels.
- Expand the Address Information section.
- Under Billing Address and/or Shipping Address, select Export to address label list.
- Repeat steps 5-7 for all orders with addresses that you want to print on shipping labels.You do not need to click Update Order.
- From the Orders menu, select Address Labels.
- Under Copies, for each address, increase or decrease the number of labels that you want to print.
- From the Tasks section, click either Download to Avery or Download to Excel.
