Managing Your Search Engine Visibility Online Advertising Customer Leads

You can manage all your leads that are generated by your Search Engine Visibility Online Advertising landing page. Search Engine Visibility Online Advertising tracks all your customer calls and emails. See how many visitors click on your landing page and how many emails and calls you receive. All calls are recorded and you can listen to the recording anytime.
To Manage Customer Leads
- Log in to your Account Manager.
- Click Search Engine Visibility V1.
- Click Manage for the account you want to work with.
The Search Engine Visibility Manager opens. - Click Online Advertising, and then click the Leads tab to view results. Types of leads include:
- Total Leads is the list of all phone call and email leads generated by your Search Engine Visibility Online Advertising account.
- Email Leads is the list of all email leads generated by your Search Engine Visibility Online Advertising account.
- Phone Leads is the list of all phone calls made to your Search Engine Visibility Online Advertising account.
To Change a Lead Status
- Log in to your Account Manager.
- Click Search Engine Visibility V1.
- Click Manage for the account you want to work with.
The Search Engine Visibility Manager opens. - Click Online Advertising, and then click the Leads tab.
- Select Total Leads, Email Leads, or Phone Leads.
- From status for the lead you want to update, select the new status.
To Organize Leads by Status
- Log in to your Account Manager.
- Click Search Engine Visibility V1.
- Click Manage for the account you want to work with.
The Search Engine Visibility Manager opens. - Click Online Advertising, and then click the Leads tab.
- Select All Leads, New, Contacted, Won, or Lost. All leads in the chosen status display.
