Canceling Protected Registration
TThe Protected Registration service must be cancelled by submitting the online request form and providing the required documentation. Because of the services this protection provides, there is no option to turn off the auto-renewal. See the section below that applies to your situation.
To Cancel Protected Registration After the First 5 Days of Original Purchase
If you purchased Protected Registration more than 5 days ago, you must complete the following:
Submit a Request to Cancel Protected Registration. If you need further assistance, contact protectedreg@secureserver.net.
We will respond to your request within 3 business days.
To Cancel Protected Registration Within the First 5 Days of Original Purchase
If it is within the first five days (120 hours) of initial registration, your options depend on what you want to cancel:

Complete the Request to Cancel Protected Registration. |
NOTE: When Protected Registration is removed, your account might not automatically cancel the domain name.You may have to manually cancel your domain, otherwise it will go through the normal expiration process. For more information, see Delete a domain .
