Uploading Photos Remotely in Website Builder

When you enable the upload via email feature, you can remotely upload photos to your Website Builder account.

Enabling Upload via Email in Website Builder

As a security measure, you enter a four-digit security code in the subject line of the photos you email. Website Builder verifies the code before uploading the photos to your account. Without the security code, Website Builder does not upload the photos.

To Upload via Email in Website Builder

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. Click Website Builder.
  3. In your Website Builder Account list, click Launch next to the account you want to modify.
  4. Click Photos and Videos, and then click Settings.
  5. Select the Upload via Email tab, and then select Upload photos through email.
  6. In the Enter security code field, enter the code you want to use for email verification. Use this code in the subject line of your emailed photos.
  7. From the Default gallery list, select the gallery to which you want to upload your emailed photos.
  8. In the Default tags field, enter the tags you want to apply to your emailed photos.
  9. Click Save.

Uploading Photos by Email in Website Builder

After enabling Upload via Email feature in your Website Builder account, you can email photos to automatically upload to your account.

You email photos to either of the address listed in the email address field on your Upload via Email tab. You can upload via email by using your domain name, or user name, in the To field.

To Upload Photos by Email in Website Builder

  1. In your email account, compose a new message.
  2. In the To field, enter your Website Builder email address.
  3. In the Subject field, enter your security code.
  4. Attach the photo and send the message.

Uploading Photos from a Mobile Device in Website Builder

Use your mobile device to email photos to any of the addresses listed in the email address field on your Upload via Email tab.

Note: Please ensure that your mobile device can send email messages.

To Upload Photos from a Mobile Device in Website Builder

  1. From your mobile device, compose a new message.
  2. In the To field, enter your Website Builder email address.
  3. In the Subject field, enter your security code.
  4. Attach the photo and send the message.
