These instructions do not apply to servers with the Hosting Control Panel interface (more info). Servers with the Hosting Control Panel interface have different backup options.
Your server's backup options depend on your service plan.

If you have a Self Managed server, you will need to use your own backup system.
Automatic backups
Your server is automatically backed up daily, and each backup is kept for 10 days. To recover an automatic server backup, contact support.
Manual backups
You can manually create and store a single backup of your server, and then restore your server from that backup. You can only keep one backup at a time, and restoring from a backup will overwrite all data on the server.
